摘要
基于分阶段代建过程的建设实施阶段代建模式,从代建单位视角分析代建项目的投资控制策略,对于代建单位来说项目的投资控制是最为重要,关系到代建项目的成败,具体分为项目在决策、设计、招标、施工、竣工五个阶段进行研究,针对每个阶段不同特点采取不同的投资控制策略。
By analyzing the implementation of stage agent mode based on agent construction with stages,and investment control strategy of agent project,the investment control of project is most important to agent units.It is related to the success of the agent project.This paper studies it from five stages of a project,decision-making,design,bidding,construction,completion,and according to different characteristics of each stage proposes to adopt different investment control strategies.
