本文提出从英语为母语的教师和中英文教师在英语教学与学习的合作影响。目前的局势对学生的英语学习能力和中国的英语教学,学习背景进行了描述。合作教学方法主要是提高学生的英语学习与动机的重要性。

This paper suggests cooperative efforts both from native English-speaking teachers and Chinese-English teachers on English teaching and learning.The current situation concerning students＇English learning ability and China＇s English teaching and learning background are described.The importance of cooperative teaching methodology on improving students＇English learning and motivation in China is stressed.
