摘要
高校教师岗前培训是高校师资队伍建设的重要组成部分,有利于新教师转换角色,提高自身的业务素质和职业素养。本文着重分析了高校教师岗前培训工作存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。
Pre-job training for college teachers is an important part for construction of teachers group,which benefits for changing roles and raising professional competence of new teachers.This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems on pre-job training for college teachers and gives the corresponding countermeasures.
