摘要
合成了水溶性壳聚糖和稀土离子La3+、Nd3+的配合物,利用FT-IR和UV-Vis对配合物进行了表征,研究了壳聚糖及其配合物对大肠杆菌(E.coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(St.aureus)和黑曲霉(A.niger)的抑制活性以及与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用。结果表明:配合物对E.coli、St.aureus和A.niger的抑菌性能比单一的水溶性壳聚糖显著提高,且可有规律地猝灭BSA的内源荧光。
Water-soluble complexes of chitosan-rare earth with La^(3+)、Nd^(3+) were synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and UV-Vis spectra.The antibacterial activities and interaction with BSA of chitosan and chitosan-rare earth complexes against E.coli,St.aureus and A.niger were investigated.Results show that the antibacterial activities of chitosan-rare earth complex obviously enhance comparing to the water-soluble chitosan,and regularly quench the inherent fluorescence of BSA.
