摘要
高炉煤气除尘系统由湿法改造为干法除尘工艺后,降低了煤气洗涤水中悬浮物的含量及其颗粒的粒度,导致洗涤水中悬浮物沉降困难,沉淀池出水悬浮物超标,泥浆无法正常脱泥。在已有设备不变的情况下,通过改变化学助剂的使用,使洗涤水水质有了很好的改善,解决了污水脱泥的问题,满足了生产的需要。
After the dust removel technology for blast furnace gas system changed from wet into dry methods, the content and size of the suspensions in gas washing water were decreased.This result made the suspensions hard to flocculating settling,effluent suspended solids exceeded the standard,and can not properly de-mud. Now,after changing the chemical agents and the operation place with the same equipments,we found it greately improved the quality of gas washing water and the desliming problem,meet the needs of production.
