摘要
报道了从一株有较高半纤维素酶活性的Bacilussp.BT7克隆内切木聚糖酶基因的结果.以大肠杆菌XL1blue为宿主菌,采用水解圈检测法,在含有RBB木聚糖(4氧甲基D葡萄糖苷D木聚糖Remazol亮蓝R)的平板上分离到能水解RBB木聚糖的阳性克隆3个,对它们进行的限制酶作图和Southern杂交分析表明。
The results of cloning and characterization of the genes encoding endo xylanase from Bacillus sp. BT 7 were reported in this paper. Three positive clones, named pBX1, pBX2 and pBX3, were isolated and they can express in Escherichia coli and form colorless halo on blue background RBB xylan plate. The analyses by restriction mapping and Southern hybridization proved that they were three different endo xylanase genes.
