Radial flow membrane chromatography——a new technology for fast separation of biomacromolecules is introduced mainly based on our own work.Several advantages of this technology,such as fast flow,ease scale up,low cost and simple generation of cartridge compared with traditional gel chromatography,make it a great promising mean for purification of biomacromolecules on large scale.A new developed high performance membrane chromatography for fast analysis quantitatively of biomacromolecules is also introduced.
