造船厂电焊烟尘危害关键控制点分析 被引量:5

Analysis of Pivotal Source of Welding Fume Hazards in a Shipyard

摘要 目的对某造船厂电焊烟尘的产生地点、产生量进行分析,确定关键控制点。方法进行现场职业卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测。结果个体检测超标率60.00%,工作场所检测超标率46.34%,超标检测点的分布与个体所在的工作场所基本吻合。结论平面分段、曲面分段及船舶总装工段是企业粉尘防治的重点。 Objective The worksites where welding fume occurs were surveyed and the hazard level at these sites were comprehensively investigated to identify the most serious sources of welding fume in a shipyard, which needs to he controlled in the priority. Methods The occupational health investigation in this shipyard was done and the concentration of welding fume at worksites and individual exposure level of workers were measured. Results The concentration of welding fume at 46.34% sites were higher than the national exposure limits and 60.00% workers exposed to higher level of welding fume than national exposure limit. Most of these workers worked at sites where the concentration was higher. Conclusion The worksites, such as general assembly, flat section and curved section were pivotal sources of occurrence of welding fume and need to be control firstly.
