摘要
目的观察改良方法固定胃管在临床应用的效果。方法将118例患者随机分为2组，改良组60例，对照组58例，胃管固定分别采用改良法与传统法，观察2组患者胃管脱出率和皮肤刺激发生率。结果改良组胃管脱出及皮肤过敏发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论改良法固定胃管比传统法优越。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified gastric tube fixation. Methods A total of 118 cases were divided into two groups, one group （60 cases） received modified gastric tube fixation and the other one （58 cases） received conventional gastric tube fixation. The incidence of tube shedding out of the stomach and skin irritation was observed. Results There were significant differences in the occurring rate of gastric tube shedding out of the stomach and tapes allergy between two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Modified gastric tube fixation is much better than conventional gastric tube fixation.
