This paper points out interactive tool is actually the integration of different interactive modes and types through analyzing the features of network interactive mode, type and tool as well as the difficuhv level for the learners to participate in the interaction. Generally, the disadvantage of one mode, type or tool may become the advantage of the other. As a result, the optimal English learning website should combine the advantages of various modes, types and tools highlight the flexibility to visit the website, organize the website contents reasonably and excite the interactive behavior effectively to improve the interactivity of the website.
