摘要
现代企业制度的建立为企业的发展,尤其是人才的培养注入了新的活力。通过对现代企业的人才培养模式进行分析,从理念、制度、管理三个层面探讨了其对于现代大学制度下高校人才培养模式的借鉴意义。
The establishment of modern enterprise system, especially cultivation of talents has become the new vitality in enterprise development. Through the analysis of talents cultivation mode in modern enterprise, in terms of its concept, system and management, this paper aims at exploring its referential significance on university talents cultivation mode in modem university system.
