摘要
用还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸黄递酶法 ,观察了大鼠尾壳核头部背内侧区、背外侧区、腹内侧区和腹外侧区一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的分布和形态特征。并在夹闭双侧颈总动脉 2小时后 ,观察这些区域一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的变化。结果表明 ,尾壳核头部一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的分布存在着区域性差异。采用目镜测微尺对尾壳核头部 2 0 0个一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元胞体直径作了测量 ,表明头部主要是胞体直径为 1 0~ 2 0 μm的中等大小细胞。夹闭双侧颈总动脉 2小时后 ,尾壳核头部四个区一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的密度较稀疏 ,但程度不同。
The regional distribution and ischemia induced changes of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) positive neurons in the head of nucleus caudatus putamen(CP) were investigated with nicotinamide adenosine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase(NADPH d) histochemical method. The results showed that there was regional difference in the distribution of NOS positive neurons in the head of CP. The most dense part was the ventrolateral area with average cell density of 12 36±4 02/mm 2 . The diameters of cell bodies were measured in 200 randomly selected NOS positive neurons.The NOS positive neurons were mainly medium sized (79 63%).Following bilateral common carotid artery occlusion, the NOS positive neurons decreased markedly in the dorsomedial area and ventromedial area( P <0 01).
