中医护理在中医院的应用现状调查

Investigation for implementation situation of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in hospital of TCM

目的 了解中医院护士对中医护理的掌握情况及中医护理的运用现状.方法 自行设计问卷对143名护士和护生进行问卷调查并进行数据分析.结果 只有低于20%的凋查对象认为中医护理在临床的应用情况较多.护士最欠缺的是疾病的辨证施护和传统护理操作技术.结论 应加强继续教育,全面提高专业人员整体素质,加强中医护理操作技术的改进及理论的研究,建立健全的相关法律法规.

Objective To know the implementaiton situation of nuing of traditional Chinese medicine in hospital of TCM.Methods A total of 143 nurses and students in hospital of TCM were investigated with selfnusing was broad.Nmse with syndrome differentiation and basic skills of traditional medicine were the first two abilty that needed to be improved.Conclusions It is necessary to train the nurses the basic theory and skills of Chinese traditional medicine,enhance the scientific research and establish the related regulations.
