健康教育对农村地区癫痫患者依从性的影响

Investigation on the effect of health education on compliance of rural patients with epileptics

目的 探讨健康教育对黑龙江省农村地区癫痫患者依从性的影响.方法 将318名癫痫患者随机分为健康教育组和非健康教育组,对健康教育组的患者及其家属在第1次随访后进行有组织、有计划的癫痫健康教育.6个月后第2次随访比较两组干预效果.结果 第1次随访时两组患者依从性得分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,第2次随访健康教育组依从性得分较非健康教育组增加,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 健康教育能够提高癫痫患者的依从性,降低发作率,减少外伤、感染等并发症的发生.

Objective To explore the effect of health education on compliance of rural patients with epileptics in Heilongjiang Province.Methods A total of 318 patients with epileptics were randomly divided into two groups：study group and control group.The control group performed routine education while the study group performed organized health education of epileptics after the first following-up.The effect of education intervention was compared between two groups after 6 months.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of compliance between two groups at the first following-up （P〉 0.05）.However,the score of compliance in study group was obviously higher than that in the control group at the second following-up （P〈 0.05）.Conclusions Health education can improve the compliance of epilepsy and reduce the attack rate and the occurrence of complications such as trauma or infection.
