神经内科老年住院患者意外跌倒的原因及护理 被引量：15

摘要 目的 分析神经内科住院老年患者发生意外跌倒的原因,完善住院患者跌倒危险因素的评估和护理措施,降低住院患者意外跌倒的发生率.方法 回顾性分析神经内科住院老年患者中发生意外跌倒的原因,不断完善跌倒评估,制定科学的护理管理对策.结果 1402例老年患者中发生意外跌倒的236例,意外跌倒主要与患者的年龄、原发疾病、服用药物、患者对跌倒的认识程度、病区环境及护理人力等相关.结论 完善对患者的跌倒危险因素评估,科学的护理管理对策能有效的降低神经内科患者意外跌倒的发生率.
