在社会转型这一社会结构变动时期,社会秩序的稳定性十分脆弱,治安秩序作为社会秩序的重要表现形式,往往与社会秩序呈共振状态,治安秩序在社会转型过程中最容易出现波动和不稳定,从而造成社会失序。社会转型对治安秩序的影响是多方面的,应该从多途径重建社会治安秩序。

During the period of social transformation,social structure is changing and the stabilization of social order is fragile,as the main manifestation of social order,the public order resonate with social order,the fluctuation and instability of the public order lead to social disorder.Social transformation has influence on many aspects of public society.We should reconstruct public order in different ways.
