The Status and Role of Police from Basic Level Station Playing in Crime Prevention

基层派出所民警的日常管理工作是我国犯罪预防体系中的重要组成部分。受重打击、轻防范思想及警力资源配置不合理与缺乏专业培训的影响,基层派出所民警并不能充分发挥犯罪预防职能。提高基层派出所民警在犯罪预防中的地位和作用的途径是:确立基层派出所民警在整个犯罪预防中的重要地位;建立系统的工作机制;加强基层建设和专业理论知识和技能的培训。

The daily management of the police from basic level station is an important component of the crime prevention system.The thought of emphasizing the fighting and despising the prevention,the unreasonable police-resources and the insufficient professional training,affect the basic police officers can not play the prevention function completely.The approaches for improving the police＇s status in the crime prevention system are： establishing the important status of police,building the systemic mechanism,strengthening the construction for the basic level station as well as the training about professional theory and skill.
