现在的基层民警教育培训机制落后,针对性不强,已经不适应社会转型期的需要。为提高基层民警防控实战能力,必须创新现有的培训机制、培训模式、培训内容及培训理念,积极探索战训合一的训练模式,提高民警警务实战能力。

The present grass-root police training mechanism is still backward,which can＇t suit the need of social transformation.In order to promote the grass-root policeman＇s prevention and control abilities,the present training mechanism,mode,contents and theories must be innovated.We should explore new training model of intergraded actual combat with training as whole body.
