摘要
文章通过对大功率LED光源特性的分析和研究,提出了LED光源在矿用防爆灯具应用中所面临的技术难题和在现有条件下解决的方法;通过对几种不同结构的LED光源的特性分析,并结合目前矿井下几种常用矿用防爆灯具的结构特征,说明针对井下不同的防爆灯具,只有合理的选择与之匹配的LED光源,才能真正发挥LED光源的自身优势,才能真正解决好LED在防爆灯具应用中的技术难题,设计出长寿命、节能安全的防爆灯具。最后,为煤矿用户在选购灯具时提供了一点建议。
By study on the Characteristics of large - power LED illuminant, it put forward some technical roadblocks in application of mining explosion proof lights with LED illuminant and the solutions to these problems in existence conditions. It is concluded that an explosion - proof light should be equipped with a suitable LED illuminant according to different types of the light, thus, the domination property of LED illuminant, including long lifetime, energy conservation and safe can be performed. In~._~s sense, To select rational LED illuminant is the solutions to these roadblocks in the application of LED illuminant in Ex luminaries. Meanwhile, some suggestions have been provided for the user to select proper luminaries, to ensure the safe and bright in coalmine.
