我国装备制造业全要素生产率测算及实证分析

Equipment Manufacturing Industry Total Factors Productivity Calculation and Positive Research

本文运用B&CⅡ模型,使用Coelli编制的软件"Frontier"4.1对我国装备制造业的生产函数和技术效率进行了估计,计算了我国装备制造业的全要素生产率和分阶段的全要素生产率。针对影响全要素生产率水平的各种因素,如技术进步、所有制结构、对外开放程度、人力资源素质,就提高我国装备制造业全要素生产率水平提出了若干政策建议。

The paper estimates the production function and technology efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in China by BCⅡ model and the software ＂Frontier＂4.1 written with Coelli; The paper also calculates the total factors productivity of equipment manufacturing industry in China and analyzes the changing trend;At last the paper propose some suggestions for improving total factors productivity of equipment manufacturing industry in China from the viewpoint of technology progress、property right structure、the level of opening for foreign and the quality of human resources.
