外源渗透物质对渗透胁迫下小麦幼苗叶片水分状况和光合作用的影响(简报) 被引量:6

摘要 用KCl、KNO_3、可溶性糖(蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖)和脯氨酸溶液浸泡小麦幼苗叶片30min后以20%聚乙二醇(PEC-6000)渗透胁迫处理24h的结果表明,昌乐5号和济南13小麦幼苗叶片的相对含水量(RWC)、水势、光合速率和气孔导度都明显增高,荧光参数Fv/Fm值则基本不变。
