以任务实现为途径的法律英语教学探析 被引量:1

摘要 法律英语作为特殊用途英语(ESP)的一个分支,其内容涵盖法律科学与英语语言学。法律英语课程的教学效果直接关系到我国涉外法律人才的素质。通过分析任务型法律英语教学模式中任务的目的、内容、程序、输入材料、教师和学习者角色及场景等核心要素,探讨以任务实现为途径的法律英语教学,将学习法律英语变为自觉学得法律英语,以期有效提高法律英语教学效果,让法律专业学生在掌握基本的"法言法语"之外,提升他们运用英语这一目的语进行法律实践与研究的能力。
