不同活化剂对块状多孔炭材料吸附性能和硬度的影响

EFFECT OF DIFFERENT ACTIVATED REAGENT ON THE ADSORPTION PROPERTY AND HARDNESS OF POROUS BLOCK CARBON

摘要 采用以粉状活性炭为吸附基体,合成树脂为粘结剂,氢氧化钾、碳酸钠和氮化锌为活化剂。经过二次碾磨成型、化学活化及隔氧炭化制备出块状多孔炭试样。利用SA3100型比表面积分析仪器,采用低温氮气吸附法测定试样的BET比表面积;利用HR-150A型洛氏硬度仪测定试样的洛氏硬度;利用SEM方法对测试试样的形貌进行观察和分析;进而探讨活化吸附机制。结果表明:用10%(质量分数,下同)的氢氧化钾活化和14%碳酸钠活化的块状多孔炭样品的吸附性能良好,其中碳酸钠活化样品的BET比表面积达到620.96m^2/g,总孔容达0.3969ml/g,洛氏硬度为45。 Porous block carbons were successfully prepared using green petroleLma coke as a main raw material with the process of being milled, molded, carbonized, and activated, synthetic resin as the binder, potassium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, and zinc chloride as main activated reagent. Activated carbons were analyzed for the BET surface area by SA3100 surface area - based analytical instrument. FIR- 150A Rockwell - type hardness instrument was used to estimate rigidity. Scanning electron microscope was adopted to observe and analyze the sample. Experimental data indicated that when the weight ratio of powder porous carbon to potassium hydroxide was 10 and the weight ratio of powder porous carbon to sodium carbonate was 14, the adsorption property of the porous carbon was ideal . The BET surface area of the latter is 620.96 m^2/g, the total pore volume is 0. 3969 ml/g and the Rockwell hardness is 45.
