摘要
炭阳极生产规模的不断扩大,生产工艺对自动化控制提出了更高的要求。为减少生产中设备故障率,提高产品的产能和质量,必须提高生产自动化程度。本文介绍了煅烧炉生产自动化控制的实现过程及对设备的影响。
With the unceasing expansion of carbon anode production scale, the production process set a higher request to automatic control. In order to reduce equipment failure rate in production and increase the production capacity as well as the products quality, it is necessary to increase the level of automation. The realization process of automatic control and its influence on the equipments was also introduced in this paper.
