用户需求w（Si）=55%-60%的高硅含量铝-硅中间合金,通过理论分析,确定了试制工艺,试制出了w（Si）=57.36%-58.12%的高硅含量铝-硅中间合金,通过在实验室的使用和工业生产中试用,验证了所制得的铝-硅中间合金的应用效果良好,为其在工业生产中应用奠定了基础。

The trail production process of the high silicon content master aluminum alloy has been determined through theoretical analysis.The customer required content is w（Si）=55%-60%.The trial production has been done successfully.The content of the master aluminum alloy we made is w（Si）=57.36%-58.12%.This aluminum-silicon master alloy has been used in laboratory and trail industrial production and satisfied result has been gotten.So the foundation has been laid down for its usage in the industrial production.
