摘要
用铸轧3102铝合金坯料生产空调器用箔,对其生产工艺进行优化:3102铝合金的化学成分按要求严格控制,增加炉内精炼工艺和炉外过滤手段,使铸轧坯料的力学性能均匀,轧制道次减少,生产的3102铝合金空调箔取得了预期的效果。
The 3102 Al-alloy foil to be used for air-conditioner has been prodused successfully.The production process of the alloy has been optimized：the alloy chemical composition has been controlled strictly,refining process has been added in the melting furnace,filter has been laid out-of furnace,so the mechanical performance of the continious-casted strip is evenly distributed,the rolling passes have been reduced.And the prospective 3102 alloy foil sutble for air-conditioner usage is produced.
