摘要
对国产100MN双动铝合金挤压机在进行无润滑挤压管材过程中存在管材偏心、划伤、大挤压针拉裂等问题进行了分析,并对随动针和挤压垫片的某些结构进行了改进,提出了优化设计方案,取得了明显的效果。
During Al-alloy tube production on the domestic 100 MN double action extrusion press with out using lubricant,the eccentricity and scratch on the tube were appeared and tension fracture on the extrusion needle was occured.So an optimum design plan was proposed through the analysis of the problems,the structure of the flouting mandrel and dummy block have been improved and obvious results have been achieved.
