热浸镀铝是一种经济有效的表面处理方法,热浸镀铝件质量的好坏主要受镀前对钢基体进行处理的各工序的优劣及浸镀时几个工艺参数的影响。主要从助镀剂、浸镀液成分、浸镀温度和浸镀时间等几方面分析了这些因素对浸镀件镀层的影响,阐述了热浸镀铝技术当前存在的问题及前景展望。

Aluminium hot-dipping is a cost-effective surface treatment method,the quality of aluminium hot-dipping parts is mainly affected by various treatments of the steel body surface before dipping and the process parameters during dipping.The catalyst agent,immersion solvent composition,temperature and dipping time have been analyzed.The influence of the above mentioned parameters on the immersion plating coat has been illustrated.The problems of aluminum hot-dipping technology and it＇s development prospects are described.
