公共图书馆讲座联盟的探索——以浙江图书馆实践为例

Exploration of the Public Library Lecture Consortia——Taking the Practice of Zhejiang Library as an Example

由于各地经济、文化发展不均衡,各地图书馆讲座工作发展出现较大差异,存在讲座资金不足、讲师资源匮乏、讲座流程不规范、讲座周期不规律、后续工作不到位等问题。浙江图书馆牵头组建的全省公共图书馆讲座联盟整合讲座资源、统筹讲座资金、培养专业队伍、谋求共同发展,在促进全省公共图书馆讲座工作发展中发挥了积极的作用,能够为解决上述问题提供一些发展思路。

Due to the unbalanced development of local economy and culture,there is difference in the development of library lectures in different regions,and many problems such as insufficient funds and lecturer resources,lack of standard lecture work process and lecture regularity,non-sustained supporting work and funds.Zhejiang provincial public library lecture consortia which is established by Zhejiang Library integrates lecture resources,coordinates lecture funds,trains professional teams,seeks common development,plays an important role in promoting the development of the lecture work in public libraries of the whole province,and provides some development ways for resolving above problems.
