摘要
目的探讨医疗机构参与药品挂网采购后的工作情况。方法分析总结了广东省医疗机构在执行药品统一网上限价竞价阳光采购方案后所遇到的问题。结果与结论药品集中招标挂网采购是医疗机构重要的药品管理手段。广东省的药品挂网阳光采购方案仍需完善和提高。相关部门应充分考虑医院工作实际,使方案更具操作性,以利于医疗机构提高服务质量。
Objective To inquire into the working condition after online medicine procurement in medical Institutions.Methods The problems in the enforcement of ＂The Online Restrictive and Competitive Priced Medicine Procurement Sunshine Program for Guangdong Medical Institutions＂ were analyzed and sumrised.Results and Conclusion Online medicine purchase by calling for tenders is an important administrative method of drugs for medical Institutions.Medicine procurement sunshine project carried out in Guangdong province still need improve.Reletive departments should full consider working practics of hospital,make the plan operate easier,and beneficial to improve medical Institutions＇ service.
