摘要
目的:建立甘草微量元素的测定方法,并对不同产地甘草中微量元素进行初步的比较研究。方法:样品经微波消解后,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定甘草样品中Be、B、Al、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Ba、Hg、Ti、Pb等17种微量元素的含量。结果:各样品中B、Al、Mn、Fe、Zn等元素含量较高,有害元素As、Cd、Cu、Hg、Pb的含量均符合中国药典项下规定,在要求的限度内;其他微量元素没有明显的差别。结论:测定方法快捷、准确,灵敏度高;测定结果为进一步研究甘草中无机元素成分及完善其质量控制标准提供可参考的依据。
Objective:To establish the determine method of trace element in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.,and preliminary study the distribution of trace element in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.from different regions of China.Method:ICP-MS method was used to determine the content of 17 trace elements such as Be,B,Al,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,Ba,Hg,Ti and Pb after the microwave digestion.Result:The contents of B,Al,Mn,Fe and Zn in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.were rich.The contents of 4 deleterious elements As,Cd,Hg,Cu and Pb conformed to the standard of Chinense Pharmacopoeia.There was no obvious difference for other trace elements within the required limit.Conclusion:The method is fast,accurate,sensitive and applicable for the content determination of trace elements in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.the results provide valuable data for futher investigating the the composition of inorganic elemen in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.and improving the standard control for the its quality.
