Determination of boron in Gentiana rigescens Franch. by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry

摘要 目的:借鉴石墨炉原子吸收基体改进剂的原理,在样品干灰化中加入适量的Mg(NO3)2或者CaCl2溶液,可使灰化温度从500℃提高到700℃而硼不挥发损失,采用电感藕合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定。方法:在选定的实验条件下,以工作曲线法测定了滇龙胆(Gentiana rigescens Franch.)样品中硼含量,国家标准物质茶叶样品[GBW10016(GSB-7)]及圆白菜样品[GBW10014(GSB-5)]验证结果与推荐值一致。结果:硼的工作曲线在0~100mg·mL-1范围内线性良好,线性回归方程为A=0.843+0.0228C,相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.0032mg·mL-1,RSD小于3%,加标回收率为96.1%~102.3%。结论:本法用于中药滇龙胆中硼含量的分析,结果满意。 Objective:Though reference the principle of graphite furnace atomic Absorption matrix modifier,by adding an appropriate amount of Mg(NO3)2 or CaCl2 liquor in the sample of dry ash makes ashing temperature from 500 ℃ to 700 ℃ and boron non-volatile losses,using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES)determination.Method:Under the selected experimental conditions,we determined boron content in the samples of Gentiana rigescens Franch.,the national standard materials of tea samples [(GBW10016(GSB-7)] and the cabbage samples [GBW10014(GSB-5)])verify the results in line with the recommended values.Results:Linear regression equation was A = 0.843 +0.0228C,with correlation coefficient of 0.9999,while the detection limit was 0.0032 mg·L-1,the relative standard deviation was less than 3%,and the recovery was 96.1%-102.3%.Conclusion:This method is applied to the determination of boron content in Gentiana rigescens Franch.with satisfactory results.
