不同种质类型广西莪术挥发油成分多样性研究

Diversity of research of volatile oil components of different types of germplasm Curcuma kwangsiensis

目的:对不同种质类型广西莪术挥发油的成分分析,为选育优质的广西莪术新品种提供科学依据。方法:采用GC-MS法对不同种质类型广西莪术的挥发油成分进行分离鉴定,归一化法测定其相对含量,比较挥发油中化学成分及有效成分相对含量。结果:总共鉴定出31种化合物,不同种质类型广西莪术既存在共有挥发油成分,又存在非共有挥发油成分,检出色谱峰个数差别也较大。结论:不同种质类型广西莪术挥发油化学成分和组分相对百分含量差异较大,挥发油物质表现出丰富的多样性。

Objective：Different types of germplasm Curcuma kwangsiensis chemical constituents of volatile oil analysis,high-quality breeding of new varieties in Curcuma kwangsiensis provide a scientific basis.Methods：GC-MS method for different types of germplasm Curcuma kwangsiensis volatile oil components of the isolation and identification,determination of normalized relative content,and compared the chemical constituents of volatile oil and the relative content of active ingredients.Results：The different types of germplasm Curcuma kwangsiensis,there are a total of Curcuma kwangsiensis volatile oil and non-existence of a total of volatile oil composition,peak detection is also a larger number of differences,a total of 31 compounds identified.Conclusion：The different types of germplasm Curcuma kwangsiensis volatile oil components of the chemical composition and the relative percentage of different content,volatile oil-rich material to demonstrate diversity.
