RP-HPLC determination of eprinomectin

目的：建立高效液相色谱测定乙酰氨基阿维菌素含量。方法：使用Shimadzu CLC-ODS C18色谱柱（150mm×6.0mm,5μm）,以乙腈-水-三氟乙酸（75∶25∶0.01）为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,UV检测器波长245nm,进样体积5μL。结果：乙酰氨基阿维菌素在0.25~2.00mg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=1.000）,方法的RSD为0.19%,平均回收率99.8%。结论：该方法简便快速,准确可靠,重现性好,结果稳定,适合于乙酰氨基阿维菌素原药和制剂的含量控制。

Objective：To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of contents of eprinomectin.Methods：A CLC-ODS C18（150 mm×6.0 mm,5 μm）column was adopted,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-TFA（75∶25∶0.01）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was set at 245 nm,and the volume of injection was 5 μL.Results：The calibration curve linear in the range of 0.25-2.00 mg·mL-1（r=1.000,n=5）,the mean recovery was 99.8%,the RSD was 0.19%.Conclusion：The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible,suitable for the determination of eprinomectin TK and eprinomectin formulation.
