摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱测定乙酰氨基阿维菌素含量。方法:使用Shimadzu CLC-ODS C18色谱柱(150mm×6.0mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-三氟乙酸(75∶25∶0.01)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,UV检测器波长245nm,进样体积5μL。结果:乙酰氨基阿维菌素在0.25~2.00mg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000),方法的RSD为0.19%,平均回收率99.8%。结论:该方法简便快速,准确可靠,重现性好,结果稳定,适合于乙酰氨基阿维菌素原药和制剂的含量控制。
Objective:To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of contents of eprinomectin.Methods:A CLC-ODS C18(150 mm×6.0 mm,5 μm)column was adopted,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-TFA(75∶25∶0.01),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was set at 245 nm,and the volume of injection was 5 μL.Results:The calibration curve linear in the range of 0.25-2.00 mg·mL-1(r=1.000,n=5),the mean recovery was 99.8%,the RSD was 0.19%.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible,suitable for the determination of eprinomectin TK and eprinomectin formulation.
