The study of the RoHS compliance optimization based on the product lifecycle

摘要 在对企业进行产品设计和开发时所面临的RoHS法规和生产成本等约束的研究后提出了PLM的优化框架以及在此框架基础上结合0/1整数线性规划建立起优化模型,不仅利用Matlab和Lingo软件对层次分析法和0/1整数线性规划进行求解,而且通过实例对优化模型进行验证。目的是企业在符合相关法规和成本限制的条件下使零部件选配和产品设计最优。
