中加荷高职教育校企合作的比较与借鉴

The Comparison and Reference of School - enterprise Cooperation of Sino-Canadian-Dutch Higher Vocational Education

根据青岛职业技术学院与加拿大西北社区学院、荷兰应用科学大学教师4批次互访考察获得的资料,在对加拿大与荷兰高职教育校企合作进行比较,对我国高职教育校企合作发展现状进行分析的基础上,阐述了政府为校企合作搭建平台、高职院校做校企合作的主角、校企合作创设企业化的教学环境,高职院校按企业的要求办学培养致用人才的观点。高职院校只有按照这些观点开展校企合作工作,才能达到校企双赢。

According to the data obtained from the four batches of teachers’mutual visit among Qingdao Technical College,Canadian Northwest Community College and INHOLLAND University of Applied Sciences,based on the comparison of school-enterprise cooperation of higher education in Canada and the Netherlands and the analysis of current situation of school-enterprise cooperation of higher education in our country,this paper elaborates the ideas as follows ： The government builds a platform for school-enterprise cooperation;vocational colleges plays an important role in school-enterprise cooperation;school-enterprise cooperation creates enterprise teaching environment;higher vocational college trains application talents according to the requirements of enterprises.If higher vocational colleges carries out school-enterprise cooperation according to those ideas,they can surely achieve mutual benefits.
