离子交换树脂对米邦塔仙人掌粉提取液的脱盐脱色 被引量:2

摘要 采用离子交换树脂对米邦塔仙人掌粉提取液进行脱盐脱色处理。通过静态筛选,从12组不同类型的树脂中选出001×7-D309组离子交换树脂作为实验用树脂,其脱盐率约为92.0%,脱色率约为78.6%。动态实验确定001×7-D309离子交换树脂脱盐脱色的最优流速为4BV.h^-1,在7倍树脂体积的上样量情况下,脱盐率可达到96.0%,脱色率达到80.0%以上,001×7与D309树脂对仙人掌粉提取液中可溶性固形物均造成约0.7%的吸附损失。在7次之内的循环再生使用中,001×7-D309离子交换树脂的脱盐率和脱色率分别稳定在95.0%-96.0%和80.0%左右,具有良好的再生性能。 The ion exchange resins(IER)were used to desalinize and decolorize Opuntia Milpa Alta powder extract. 001×7-D309 ion exchange combination resins were screened from 12 pairs of different resins based on the static adsorption results which the desalination and the decolorization rates were about 92.0% and 78.6% respectively after treatment by 001×7-D309. In further dynamic adsorption study,the optimal flow rate of Opuntia Milpa Alta powder extract treated with 001×7-D309 was 4BV·h^-1.When the sample was 7-fold resin volume,the desalination and decolorization rates reached 96.0% and 80.0%,at the same time about 0.7% soluble solids were lost by 001×7 and D309 combination resins Absorption. The desalination and decolorization rates of 001×7-D309 ion exchange combination resins can be stabilized at 95.0%~96.0% and 80.0% during 7 times’ recycling usage,which indicated this combination resins(001×7 and D309)had good regeneration performance.
