摘要 确定了从栝楼根中提取L-瓜氨酸的最佳条件,对L-瓜氨酸的测定进行了探索,并比较了不同贮藏期和不同品种瓜氨酸的含量,为开发利用栝楼根提供了科学依据。 The best extract condition of L-citrulline from the roots of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim was determined,and the method of determination of L-citrulline had also been studied,and finally the effect of storage period and breed variety on content of L-citrulline was compared. The data and the process should be helpful in developing of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.
