以免疫法检测保健食品中银杏萜内酯B含量的方法研究

摘要 制备银杏萜内酯B人工抗原及多克隆抗体,并建立竞争ELISA法,快速检测保健食品中是否含有银杏类产品。其检测范围为1-60ng/mL,R^2=0.928,并将建立的方法用于市场销售产品的检测,发现产品与产品标识是相符的。 The competitive ELISA method was established by preparing the artificial antigen of the Ginkgolide B and antibody against it. The detection range was 1-60ng/mL,R^2=0.928. The established method was used to decide whether the tag of the health food was coincident to the content.
