摘要 建立并优化了高效、简便的阴离子交换色谱分析中草药中的无机阴离子、有机酸和糖类化合物的方法。采用METROSEP A Supp4-250分离柱,1·8mmol/LNa2CO3+1·7mmol/LNaHCO3+2%丙酮淋洗液,电导抑制检测,分离测定F-、Cl-、Br-、NO-2、NO-3、PO3-4、SO2-4和草酸、苹果酸和富马酸等无机阴离子和有机酸。采用METROSEP CARB1(150×4·0mm)分离柱,10·0mmol/LNaOH淋洗液,脉冲安培检测,分离测定阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖和果糖等糖类化合物。方法快速、有效地分析了中草药的成分,结果令人满意。 High-performance anion-exchange chromatography was optimized for determination of inorganic anions,organic acid and sugars in Chinese herbal medicine. METROSEP A Supp4-250 was selected as the separation column,1.8mmol/L Na2CO3+1.7mmol/L NaHCO3+2% acetone were used as the eluent and suppressed conductivity detection,separation and determination of inorganic anions and organic acid including fluoride ion,chloride ion,bromide ion,nitrite ion,nitrate ion,phosphate ion,sulfate ion and oxalic acid,malic acid and fumaric acid. METROSEP CARB 1(150×4.0mm)was selected as the separation column,10.0mmol/L NaOH were used as the eluent and pulsed amperometric detection,separation and determination of sugars including arabinose,galactose,glucose,mannose and fructose. Chinese herbal medicine ingredients were fast determined effectively,and the results of the determination were satisfied.
