摘要 建立了一种适用于粮谷、蔬菜、水果、茶叶、水产品、肉类、蜂产品、坚果、调味品和动物肝脏等食品中杀螨剂残留量的检测和确证方法,样品以乙酸乙酯或乙腈为提取溶剂,匀浆提取,用凝胶净化系统(GPC)净化,对一些特殊样品采用固相萃取净化,用气相色谱-质谱检测。浓度在0.01-0.5μg/mL范围内,检测限0.01-0.02mg/kg;回收率71.4%-105.1%。 Setting up a method for the determination and confirmation of acaricide residues in cereals,vegetables,fruit,tea leaf,aquatic,meat,honey,walnut,condiment,animal liver with GC-MS. The pyridaben residues were extracted with ethyl acetate-cyclohexane or acetonitrile,purified by a gel permeation chromatography(GPC)or SPE,determinated by GC-MS,using external standard method. The linear ranges of phenol were from 0.01 to 0.5μg/mL the detection limit were 0.01-0.02mg/kg,the recoveries were from 71.4% to 105.1%.
