摘要
采用Taguchi正交试验设计法,选用熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力和保压时间为试验因素,选取充填时间和翘曲度为制品质量的主要评价因子,经过注塑CAE软件Moldflow模拟分析,找到最优序列。利用灰色关联分析获得最接近期望的参数组合,并通过试验检验分析结果。结果表明,灰色关联分析与CAE技术相结合,能迅速有效地实现注射成型工艺参数优化。
Taguchi orthogonal experiment design was used in the research and melt temperature ,mold temperature,pack pressure as well as pack time were selected as the main factor ,with the warpage and filling time as the quality indicator. Optimal sequences could be found out after the analysis of the CAE software moldflow. The best parameters series which were closest to the expeetion could be obtained through the calculation of the degree of grey relation(GRA) and experiments were executed to check the results. The results demonstrate that the combination of GRA and CAE can carry out the optimization of injection molding rapidly and effectively.
