摘要
目的了解北京市某综合大学在校本科生运动现况及健康教育的效果,为推广高校运动健康教育提供资料和依据。方法以北京某综合大学351名选修了2008-2009年度《健康生活方式与健康传播》通选课的本科生为对象,通过课堂教育、运动日记和点滴改变计划鼓励其改变运动行为,干预前后进行问卷调查(干预后调查318人),评估运动行为干预效果。结果干预后,BMI偏低学生的比例从24.2%降低到15.6%,其中中国学生营养不良的比例显著下降;BMI正常的比例由66.7%升高到76.2%。干预后,学生每周运动次数明显增加,中国学生增加尤为明显;每周运动次数≥5的学生比例显著上升。干预前后学生健身消费行为差异无统计学意义。结论健康教育使大学生的运动次数明显增加,BMI显著改善,值得推广。
Objective To study the current physical exercise situation and the health education effect among undergraduate of a comprehensive university in Beijing,and to supply information to promote physical health education.Methods Totally 351 undergraduates who took the Healthy Lifestyle and Health Communication as electives were chosen to complete a self-administered questionnaire before and after the intervention.The intervention measures including class lecture,sports diary and daily behavior intervention.The health education intervention on sports practice was evaluated.Results After intervention,10.4% of students’ BMI changed positively and Chinese students' BMI had significant changes:relatively low BMI decreased from 24.2% to 15.6%,normal BMI increased from 66.7% to 76.2%.After the intervention,expecially among Chinese students the number of exercise each week significantly increased,the proportion of students whose weekly exercise ≥5 times increased significantly as well.Conclusion For health education increasing exercise times in each week and improving BMI,it can be popularized in the college students.
