摘要
目的探讨大学生手机短信的使用情况与心理健康状况的关系,为大学生心理健康教育工作提供参考依据。方法采用自编的大学生手机短信使用情况调查问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对广东省750名大学生进行调查。结果在被调查的大学生中,使用手机发短信的占71.7%,短信内容是日常交流的占93.7%,使用目的是联络朋友的占25.4%,短信发送对象是亲密朋友的占77.3%;对手机短信不同依赖程度大学生的心理健康状况差异有统计学意义(F=7.01,P<0.01),依赖程度越强,心理健康状况越差。结论大学生手机短信的使用与心理健康状况有一定关系。
Objective To study the relationship between the use of short message and the mental health,and to provide reference for college students' mental health education.Methods By using the self-designed questionnaire about the use of short message and the SCL-90 750 students of Guangdong were investigated.Results 71.7% of college students used the short message,93.7% of them using short message for communication,while 25.4% using it to connect with their friends,and 77.3% were close friends.There were significant differences in dependency variable between the use of short message and the mental health(F=7.01,P0.01),and the higher dependency,the worse was the mental healthy.Conclusion There is a relationship between the use of short message and the mental health.
