摘要
目的评估职业高中学生的网络使用与心理健康状况,分析影响网络使用状况的心理因素。方法对东莞市某职业中学高中3个年级的903名学生进行心理健康和网络使用情况问卷调查,并对影响其网络使用情况的心理因素进行分析。结果有网络使用问题者125人,占14.0%;其中网络成瘾者7例,占0.78%。整体心理健康不良倾向的检出率为39.0%,3.7%的学生有明显的整体心理健康不良倾向。各种心理问题的检出率从高到低依次为学习压力感(13.9%)、适应不良(10.3%)、情绪不平衡(9.3%)、人际关系紧张与敏感(9.3%)、焦虑(8.4%)、强迫(7.7%)、敌对(6.3%)、偏执(6.3%)、抑郁(6.0%)、心理不平衡(5.0%)。影响网络使用状况的4个主要心理问题分别是情绪不平衡、适应不良、抑郁、学习压力。结论职业高中学生存在明显的心理健康问题,心理问题与网络使用状况有密切关系,特定年龄阶段和学习方式在心理问题产生中所起的作用应得到重视。
Objective To know Internet use among students in vocational senior high schools and their psychological state of health,and to analyze the psychological factors to internet use.Methods Totally 903 students from three grades in a vocational senior high school were chosen in Dongguan.General personal information was collected with Scale of Psychological Health for High School Students and Internet Addiction Test (IAT).Results 125 of the students in the survey probably had Internet addiction problems,accounting for 14.0% of those measured.Among them seven(0.78%) were addicted to the Internet.The prevalence rate of total undesirable trends of psychological problems among the students in the survey was 39.0% and 3.7% of them had obvious trends.The rates of psychological symptoms detected ranged from high to low were pressure in studies (13.9%),poor adaptation (10.3%),unbalanced moods (9.3%),tension and sensitivity in interpersonal relationships (9.3%),anxiety (8.4%),compulsion (7.7%),hostility (6.3%),stubbornness (6.3%),depression (6.0%) and unbalanced mind (5.0%).The four key psychological problems affecting Internet using were unbalanced moods,poor adaptation,depression and pressures in studies.Conclusion The students in professional high schools have obvious psychological problems.Problems with state of health of mind are closely related to the use of the Internet.The roles of particular stage of ages and study methods in bringing about those problems should be stressed.
