摘要
目的研究优势眼和利手在青少年不同近视程度屈光参屈中的差异,为相关研究提供依据。方法以医学验光为基础,选择43例屈光参差为1.00~2.00D和47例屈光参差≥2.00D的某视光门诊青少年屈光不正病例,利用简化的卡片法检测双眼中的优势眼,利用问诊方式判断利手。对比2组之间优势眼和利手的差异。结果 2组青少年优势眼(χ2=0.103,P=0.498)、利手分布情况差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.077,P=0.93)。结论近视性屈光参差青少年优势眼和利手在>2.00D组和1.00~2.00D组间的差异均无统计学意义。
Objective To study the differences of eye dominance and hand dominance in different juvenile myopic anisometropia,and to provide evidence for the related research.Methods 43 clinical myopic anisometropia whose anisometropic error was from 1.00 D to 2.00 D and 47 clinical myopic anisometropia whose anisometropic error was more than 2.00 D were collected and tested the dominant eye by using the simplified hole-in-the-hand method.The dominant hand was determined by questions.The differences between the two groups in dominant eye and dominant hand were analyzed.Results In eye dominance,the result from chi-square test between two groups was χ2=0.103,P=0.498.In hand dominance,the result from chi-square test between two groups was χ2=0.077,P=0.93.Conclusion To the dominant eye and the dominant hand,there are no significant difference between myopic anisometropia whose anisometropic error is from 1.00D to 2.00 D and more than 2.00 D.
