摘要
通过拉伸试验,结合金相、SEM、EDS等分析方法,研究了不同在线淬火冷却速度对6061、6005铝合金型材组织与性能的影响。结果表明,随着在线淬火冷却速度的增大,6061铝合金型材的抗拉强度由空冷的223.27 MPa提高到水冷的279.67MPa,6005铝合金型材则由260.56 MPa提高到298.66 MPa,而伸长率下降均不到1%;冷却速度对型材组织的影响不明显;6061铝合金较6005铝合金对淬火冷却速度更为敏感。
The effect of different cooling rate on microstructure and mechanical properties of 6061 and 6005 aluminum alloys profile were determined by tensile test,metallographic examination,SEM and ESD analysis.The results show that the increase of cooling rate on-line quenching leads to improvement of material strength,the tensile strength of 6061 alloy is 223.27 MPa by air-cooling and reach 279.67 MPa by water-cooling,and that of 6005 alloy is from 260.56 MPa to 298.66 MPa.While the elongation is decreased less than 1%both the alloys.The cooling rate of on-line quenching has a small effect on microstructure.The 6061 alloy is more sensitive to cooling rate than the 6005 alloy.
