摘要
介绍了基于B/S结构的网际组态软件WebAccess的特点,并应用WebAccess构建了铸件生产过程的SCADA(监控及数据采集)系统,实现了远程监控及实时分析的网络控制系统,以较低的成本完成了对铸件生产过程的在线实时监控。系统采用研华ADAM5510KW及其相关模块为主要控制器,并在WebAccess软件提供的功能基础上,进行二次开发,使监控画面布局合理,动画效果丰富逼真,使监控更加方便,实现对现场信号的采集和对硬件设备的控制。该系统允许客户远程访问,具有投资少和使用方便的特点。
Characters and function of WebAccess are introduced in this paper.By applying the WebAccess,a SCADA system is constructed to monitor the process of producing casting.Advantech ADAM5510KW and correlative modules are chosen as the mainly controller to collect the spot signals and control the hardware equipment.Futhermore,the client can make remote control expediently and the enterprise can reduce the corresponding investment.
