The Effects of Resources and SOC on the Elderly's Subjective Wellbeing

本研究主要基于Baltes的SOC模型,探讨资源和SOC生活管理策略方面对主观幸福感的影响。研究结果表明:资源、SOC策略及其交互作用对老年人的主观幸福感具有显著影响,其中社会支持和补偿策略对主观幸福感影响较大。

Based on the meta-therory of selective optimisation with compensation （SOC） advanced by Paul Baltes ＆Margret Baltes （1990）, this research investigated the effects of resources and SOC on the elderly＇s subjective well-being （SWB）. The results are as follows resources SOC and their mutual effect have a great influence on SWB, social support being, the greatest and the strategy involved being compensation, which was followed by optimization.
