摘要
通过实验研究证明团体心理辅导在改善教师时间管理倾向方面具有重要作用。被试:河北省涿州市中学教师48名。方法:采用实验组、控制组前后测设计。对实验组进行八次团体心理辅导,在干预后要求团体成员对干预活动进行过程评价,并采用时间管理倾向问卷实施前后测及跟踪测验,进行结果评价。结果:1在时间管理倾向各维度上,实验组和对照组前后测差值差异显著。跟踪测验结果表明,时间管理倾向团体辅导后效显著。2团体成员对团体心理辅导方案评价积极。研究结论:团体心理辅导对中学教师时间管理倾向干预有效。
To verify that group counseling had an important effect on improving teachers time management disposition, we tested fourty-eight teachers from the middle schools of Zhuozhou, Hebei, who were divided into the before-after-design-of-experimental group and the control group. Our results are as follows The group counseling about time management disposition was effective in improving their time management disposition. The subjects in the experimental group were satisfied with the progress of the group counseling. The intervention of group counseling was found to be effective in time management disposition.
